Many second-hand booksellers from around the world have their books listed

titles you want into their database. There is also a Bibliophile mailing
list; subscription instructions are at http://www.auldbooks.com/biblio/
After a two-week trial subscription the cost is $30 a year. Biblio has
well over 1,000 subscribers, mostly book dealers, and has a high 'traffic
level', which means you should find a wanted book quickly.

Copies of the Radio Times are available for inspection in the central
reference (not lending) libraries of Westminster, Birmingham, Manchester,
Liverpool (Picton Library) and some other large cities. Some of these
libraries also have the TV Times; the newspaper library (outpost of
the British Library) in Colindale, north London has all regions’ TV
Times (ever) in its archive and available to view.

A catalogue of pre-war programmes has been compiled by the late Denis
Gifford and was due for publication by Flicks Books at the end of 1998
