1942 BUICK 90 SERIES LIMITED LIMOUSINE
1942 model-year was a banner year for Buick, with new styling throughout the range. Inspired by Harvey Earl's 1938 futuristic 'Y-job', the new models featured streamlined, flowing bodies with 'Airfoil' front fenders extending in 'suggested' form right to the back. Power for the model depicted was provided by a 320 cubic-inch unit, most fitted with dual two-barrel carburetors. With thanks to Keith Rauch for this information.
